If you can no longer attend a class, you have 72 hours to receive a 50% refund. If you are no longer wanting your credit repaired, you have 24 hours to receive a full refund.
Due to the current pandemic, response times from the three major bureau's have increased to 35-50 days. It is your responsibility to reach out to me AFTER the 50 day mark and BEFORE the 70 day mark of receiving an email sent to you with your dispute receipts.
Once your payment is made, you will receive a DocuSign to fill out for your process to proceed. You have 2 weeks upon receiving these documents to finalize them before your service is EXPIRED with no refund.
